    <RANT MODE>

    Can someone PLEASE tell me why in my house I have 4 TV sets.

    There is NOTHING I can watch. :-(

    BBC1      World Cup
    BBC2      Sunday Grandstand
    ITV      World Cup SAME BLOODY PICTURE AS BBC1
    Channel 4      Cricket
    Channel 5      Bike Racing

    Sky Digital SWMBO is watching Big Brother
    OnDigital - BBC News 24, the only other Free to Air thing I can pickup and
    they are talking about...the World Cup.

    Cant watch Tivo because there has been so little to watch I have already
    viewed everything.
    Seriously considering obtaining a second Digibox and a £12 sub as most of
    the programs I watch are on one or more of the Discovery Channels.

    When I had Analogue SKY I was paying £24 for a card that gave movies but I
    never got the chance to watch them so I dropped back to a £12 multichannels
    card and took out a second £12 card for my other box. Same money but I got
    more choice (apart from the movies obviously)

    I am absolutely certain that I cant be the only person in the UK that doesnt
    watch sport.

    To make matters worse, we TiVo'd something last Saturday only to find the
    Football programme overran by 15 minutes. Notice the wording
    there..."Football PROGRAMME" not the Football. The 15 minutes that ate into
    what I wanted to watch consisted of Gazza running through the streets asking
    people what they thought of the match.

    I thought I had TiVo'd Robot Wars the other night.... NO - BLOODY TENNIS :-(
    Of course, I didnt find out until AFTER the repeat.

    On the radio they said that 20 million people were expected to watch England
    play. There are something like 55-60 million people in this country so
    therefore the MINORITY were watching football.

    How many people do you know who dont have a means of recording a TV program
    ?
    So WHY keep repeating the bloody stuff as well. If they cant watch it live
    then record it.

    </RANT MODE>

    Oh... and just to try and keep it on topic, I have a slight problem testing
    KAT5... most of the picture is coming out green with coloured blobs moving
    about on it although I hope that will disappear in a few weeks.
