Tim,

Believe me, you don't want me either driving your cars, or anywhere near a soldering iron.

However, if I can bring Mary, then it's a deal....

Regards,

Mark

Cool Mark thanks.

I might get you to do some consultancy in return for some fun in the Aston/M3/360 J

Notice a thread there? They all have hydraulically activated sequential gearboxes.

I’ve already penciled you in on the “soldering Home Cinema cables to exact length team” along with me and Mr Hoye J

Perhaps we should start an official ukha CoOp.

Tim.

Tim,

Shouldn't have a problem at all.

We use if in the office -more than that length, multiple floors. This is just a WAP11 and a set of PCMCIA cards.... no extra antennae.

Obviously, if you can site the base station centrally in the house, you'll find it easier.

Regards,

Mark

I’ve only tried 802.11 in relatively open environments. I’m looking to install some form of network in my brother’s newly acquired house, and it is big – 55 metres from one end to the other. Have I got a hope in hell, or should I get someone to pull CAT5 before it is redecorated?

Tim
