Your average in car amplifier can handle loads down to 2ohms usually
...
Using 8 ohm speakers in the ceiling (a'la cheap Maplin/CPC jobbies)
that's 4 in parallel. Two channels of a stereo amp give 8 speakers
which
can be switched in and out at will off an amp which I know I have
thrown
god knows how many of away!
Want more speakers? Use a four channel amp...
