Not sure since i no longer admin exchange here, although on 5.5 in
exchange administrator..
Configuration > your server > right click, and then you can
select
specific routing/relaying/message size limiting..etc.
Not sure about 2000.
. o O (swap it for a linux MTA instead :P)
