I have Comfort and HV linked together via a HV additional serial port and a
Comfort UCM.  Getting them talking to each other is pretty straight forward
you just need to spend a little time studying the Comfort serial protocol.
If you want some more details let me know.

As for the issue of who is disarming the system, when the security status
changes I pick up the change via the serial link and set a variable to the
user number that made the change together with a indicator of the security
mode.
