Re: InterBuild UK @ NEC Last day tomorrow

I was there on Monday, and saw less than 1/4 of the exhibits I wanted to
see, so had to go down again on Tuesday - I am self building and so heating
and ventilation show took a whole day on its own.

>From HA point of view Clipsall and Lutron were there, and there were a few
cable wholesalers (for those who wish to cable a few km at a time :-)

The best stand for me was the Anglia Fireplaces showroom - not HA - but
AMAZING fireplaces - ultra modern and sleek, also ULTRA expensive.

They did have a gas fire that you could program so that it turned on and off
at certain times, or when the room reached a certain temperature - used a
standard Central Heating timer I think. I'm sure with a little modification
this could interface with a PC based HA system, and the HA possibilities
would be endless - I was simply impressed by the fact it had Infra Red
Remote Control.

Overall HIGHLY recommended if anyone can go at such short notice
