Although this sensor won't give RS232 output etc, it is easy to interface
with its voltage output and is fairly low cost. I use this in my own weather
station.

Honeywell HIH-3605-A (Farnell part No. 723-4624)

You also need a temperature sensor (LM35 is ideal) to apply compensation.
There is a datasheet for this from Farnell (I think) or Honeywell.
