Personally, I would be sooooo up for this, and here's the thinking:
Occupancy detection with PIRs, beam breaks etc seems to be about 75% of
the
way there, and for most casual visitirs to the house, that would be
okay.
Thinking about our home, guests are not usually wandering around on
their
own, except to "that room where occupancy detectionn is *really*
easy"
If the tagging method provided (in combination with the other systems)
a
100% reliable detection schema, which could tell who (of the house
occupants) was where and when, I think it would be worth it!
as for WAF... you could always bribe the dentist. :D
or, alternatively, for you family guys: you pitch it as a child safety
thing: you would tag a dog to ensure it's safe return, why not a child..
and
if the kids are getting it, wifey is just as important to you as the
kids...... et voila ;)
