i did suggest yesterday that you ring wolverhampton and speak to nikki
they had some aor were willing to get them. I bought another 3 on top
of the one a bought from them days earlier

      I spent hours on the phone trying to
convince the manager in Hayes shop (Shakar) that Jubilee offer is still
valid and I managed to arrange to him to talk to manager in Bracknell shop.
After all that ordeal he admited it, but then told me that he doesn't have
them on stock. The other branches told me that he has (they checked in a
computer). Then he said that they are already sold.
      I am seriously thinking about complaining to
them, while I'm still pi**ed off, but I still have to find to whom. If I
don't find the right address, I'll write to Watchdog, and you'll record
that episode on TiVo :-).

spoke to was really helpful(also young and new what TiVo is...

start!), explained that it was a special jubilee offer and that
            yes, it
finished this evening... He also said that someone was coming in
            this evening
