Re: VOIP with IPCop
Pedro, what you need to do is forward the ports needed for voip from
the
ipcop box, to the machine you want to use for voip.
Do a search on the net for "firewall port forwarding voip
netmeeting" and or
"firewall port forwarding voip msn messenger"
And it should tell you what ports you need to forward.
Then find out if ipcop uses either iptables, or ipchains, either via
the
website, or via the machine by typing
iptables
OR
ipchains and if you get command not found for either one, you have the
other.
then find a howto/ tutorial on how to forward ports using either ipchains
or
ip tables useful locations for how to's
www.linuxdocs.org
Wouldtell you how, but can't for the life of me remember, HTH
Let me know how you get on.
