Those of you watching the problems that SonicBlue are having in the
States
will be pleased to learn that they've won a legal victory.
A court had previously instructed SB to issue a new version of the
software
that logged ALL usage, and reported it back centrally (like the TiVo does
in the
States - does the UK TiVo do the same????)
Anyway, the review court has just overturned this decision!
