On my mobile, I answer and just dont say anything.. eventually people
say hello and I can just hang up if its not someone that I recognise.
If
they call back its off to voicemail. Most people I know that have work
phones that are withheld are smart enough to say who it is when it
stops
ringing and they get background noise...
