Comfort question

Just a quick one,

Can someone remind me where the options are for recording & deleting
user 
names in Comfort?

I have a couple of user names that I recorded ages ago for users 3 & 4
that 
I no longer want. I've deleted the user codes out of those user positions
in 
CS-Express, but of course the names a still on my answering machine...

I could spend ages going through the menu trying to find it!
