Try,

set rs = objconn.execute(strSQL)

While not rs.EOF

PersonsName = rs("FieldNameInYourdb")
rs.movenext

Wend

set rs = nothing

Obviously 'FieldNameInYourdb' is whatever the name field in your 
database is
