Dead PC PSU ?

OK, perhaps a very basic question (to which there's an obvious answer) but,

I've got a PC PSU (DELL IIRC) which has a 110V/240V switch and was plugged
in here (UK) with the switch in the 100V position. It no longer works
(quelle suprise ;-) ) but is it possible to repair it ? How would I go about
finding what components need replacing, assuming it wasn't a simple
fuse-like item that's blown ?

In time terms it's cheaper / easier to buy a new one, but I'm a cheapskate
;-)

Thanks,

Tim H.
