Quite simply, I use the dns2go client which maps clifton.dns2go.com to my IP
address.  I run my own DNS, so primary DNS for andylaurence.co.uk is
clifton.dns2go.com.  When my server receives a query for andylaurence.co.uk,
it responds with my current IP address.  Simple.  I still need to fix
secondary and tertiary DNS though :-/
