RE: PC interface to door push
I butchered an X10 keyfob and stuck it inside the casing from a
'normal'
wireless bell push.
The original push button is wired back to the contacts for one of the
keyfob
buttons and hey presto - an X10 wireless bellpush.
Okay, so I had to buy a chime as well so there was something to hear,
but
you might just want the lights to flash or something :)
Anyway, that is one solution to letting your PC know someone's at the
door....
