Bug fixes
- Fix exception when toggling between Dialling & Answering screens.
- Ensure counter response is saved in CCL file.
- Fix bug with Vacation Program duration not downloaded.
- Fix bug which caused extra code 255 to be appended to response
  after editing action codes.
- Fix missing * in Menu Key= definition in CCL file.
- Fix compilation error if >64 zones.
- Fix bug in Response Wizard causing Ircode output and code to be
  swapped.
- Use symbolic name rather than number for IrCode in CCL IrCode
  response action.
- Fix problem with double-clicking CCL or CCT file.
- Fix various problems in Response Wizard when referencing new
  Switch Outputs.
- Fix problem with Phone Type of None giving error when compiling
  CCL.
- Fix problem preventing editing of response flagged as invalid
  (in red).
- Fix exception caused by uploading illegal CMS format fields.
- Add support for right-click on Response field in Keypad screen,
  to display Response Chooser.
- Combine On/Off and Move Up/Down functions in Response Wizard
  for EIB functions, as they use the same action codes.
- Fix bug in position of Digital Input flag in Zone Type definition.


New features
- Update Print Worksheet to match new worksheet contents.
- Automatically update Number of UCMs in Modules & Settings screen 
  when adding new UCM type in UCM's screen.
- Always output Response Number in CCL file, whether or not number
  is fixed (required for CWI).
