AFAIK, IPCop is a Linux distribution, and JReceiver runs on Linux.  Put the
two together, and I'd say you can.  The only reservation I'd have is that it
negates the point of IPCop to fiddle with it and add software.  IPCop is a
plug'n'play distro to make firewall building simple.  If you want to
customise it, you may as well start out with your favourite distro, and
configure IPchains/IPtables, et al.
