Yes, but it would be phenomenally insecure...
 
IPCop / Smoothwall are ONLY intended to be run on dedicated machines.

Speaking of IPCop, is it possible to install JReceiver on the same box as IPCop?

If you run a PC-based firewall like Smoothwall / IPCop, you'll find it comes with a transparent proxy (Squid) that works well...

 

Don't use Windows for this - use Linux, even if you need to install Squid by hand,
