If you use the Grundig 20016 codes, it will send the Sky before every
channel change. The Grundig 20016 are recommended on the AVS Forums
(www.tivocommunity.com) as the most reliable ones for *ALL* Sky Digital
boxes.

Saves running out your Pronto batteries (!) Plus if you do a channel
change, then it crashes, sending Sky to wake it up is going to get you
back on the Sky Guide or whatever it is channel anyway, so that one
recording would still be lost :(
