It's the routing that dies I find, mines up 24x7 too:

Connected time  : 17 hr, 35 min, 6 sec

You using the latest firmware on the 6000ev (good guess you're using
that)

I have the always up option selected. So wouldnt notice.
Current time up is
Connected time : 38 hr, 36 min, 7 sec

So i guess as this is not hundreds of hours it does go down.
