The html crap would be the yahoo add you are referring to ;)

If you reply to a mail that was posted in html, outlook will keep it in
html. It may not affect you, but not everyone is using a html client,
so
your message would look be very hard to read.

on a related note, don't suppose you know a cheap source of textool zif
sockets (18 pin and 32 pin)?
