The funny thing is that ActiveHome is working correctly as far as I
can make out. The problem is the 'A2 on/off' is not registering at
the lamp when coming from the TM13U but is when coming from the CM12U.

I guess it does look like ring issues as already suggested. But the
problem seems to be one way only.
