Pedro,

They are simple on/off devices with only two wires out IIRC they are
pretty dumb really, so no, you would not be able to tell the weight of
the person standing on it. Anyway for under a tenner what are you
hoping
for? ;)

I use the stairs one in conjunction with a PIR to detect movement on
the
stairs.
