There's 2 ways -

easy: use the tweakUI tool from the powertoys kit, or,
harder: edit the registry and put the details in manually...

either method leaves your password stored in plain text in the registry, and
is thus potentially a security hole...

the registry key(s) are dependent on the version of Windows, for NT4 they
are:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
then values: (all string values)
AutoAdminLogon= 1 or 0
DefaultUserName = "username"
DefaultPassword = "password"
DefaultDomainName = "domain name"
