Graham, they are all the same.
Group owner decides which options will not be available to the group,
hence
you don't see them.

Groups created recently seem to hava additional features like a
database
and some other stuff. Therefore they must be using some different code
on the back end and quite possibly are on different servers. So I guess
that could be the reason the times are different. This weekend I
unsubbed from the Progear group and emails still hadn't stopped last
night, that is over 48 hours since I removed it.
