Have you got the MP3 tags setup correctly? Ie are all the ID3v2 tags
partitioned appropriately or do they too share bits of information?

Here's what I did to solve this problem for you. I took an existing
MP3 file and renamed it as above.

I then selected MP3 Filename to ID3v2 tag and used the following
filename mask "%1 - %2(%0)"

This reads in the artist name and the title, but junks the stuff
inside the brackets.

Then it's a case of renaming the filename based upon the (now correct)
ID3v2 tags using this formatting string:

"%1 - %2"
