Dell Deal

FYI,

Just had a chap phone me on behalf of Dell (not actually working at
Dell
himself) saying the 19" monitor price was due to a "technical
error" and was
actually on the site for several deals.
As a good will gesture, they are offering everyone who ordered them the
following "deals"
15" for 290 vs 205 normally
17" 442 vs 555
19" 682 vs 1000
20" 882 vs 1100

So, better prices, but nowhere near the original one :-(

You can order up to the same number as your original order in any
combination.
They will be sending written confirmation anyway so we all have time to
think how this isn't such a good deal after all....
May be good prices _for Dell_ but there are similar on the market for not
a
huge amount more.

Think I'll sit this one out :-)
