RE: cat 5 cabling - costing



I have been told that I can only have 2 disks off of him ;o( (insight get really sus if they see someone buying 20x disks and when asked “is this for your pc son, not to be sold  onto your friend/mates etc”…) ;o)

 

Hmm.. off to hunt for some solid stuff then! (solid cables that is..)

Maybe it's coz it is "special" red cable.

Even stranded, that is waaaayyyyyy too much.
I've bought stranded in the past for about 80quid per 305m at a time when
solid was about 40-50 per 305m.
Of course, that wasn't red either  :)

You should have mentioned that eariler when I was trying to source cheap
120gb discs for Tivo :-/
