Re: Veronica case

Hi Rowdy,

I put mine in a case with a 12V power supply but found that I was getting too
much interference so have gone back to using a wall wart.  I have mounted mine
in my Loftspace Node 0.5 beside MP3 jukebox and it is working a treat,  I have a
old house (circa 1740) with verrrry thick walls but I am getting reception in
all rooms problem at all.  I've got Gnd and Antenna wires running out of a
grommeted hole in the back of the case and have stuck the antenna wire to a
piece of perspex so that I can stand it up on the rear of the case.  Supply is
12V.

BTW, Case is an Aluminium job from *aplins.

Mark

Hi all,

Just finished building  the 50mW stereo transmitter, curious to know where other
users of this have installed theirs. I don't know whether to put it is a
separate case or try and fit it inside my PC somehow, not sure if this would
kill the signal though.

Cheers,

Rowdy
