Help!! TiVo won't boot

OK Guys
First, sorry for the cross-post, but I'm in desperate need of help!

I think my TiVo's HD has gone, and guess what, no backups!
I've removed it from the TiVo and connected it to my PC on IDE channel
1,
primary.  Booted up from a DOS floppy, ran "QUNLOCK 0".
BIOS now recognises the drive as 40Gb, however PC will not boot from it
-
just says DISK BOOT FAILURE.

I then ran DOS fidsk to see the partition definitions, but it says NONE
are
defined.

Have I lost everything?  If so, where do I go from here to get my TiVo
up
and running again?
