Or one module can control several lights up to its maximum loading! ;)

No, neither would I, see above.

That's an option but as Doogie pointed out a lot of how you do it is
down to how the ring main is wired and what you want to accomplish.

LD11=LD10 with updated firmware to support extended X10 commands, other
than that they are identical.
