Kodak Cams - interesting

I bought one of these cameras when Kodak made a mistake on their website,
advertising them at 100#. 

Ive not really had chance to use it because each time I tried the battery
was flat despite multiple attempts to recharge. I thought my camera was
faulty and still may send it back. From what i understand from you guys
though, is that it may just be the firmware. I'll give that a try
first.
