What I have found with scan is that they will not argue if you

Can tell them that the manufacturers have agreed.

With the asus problem I had I just gave them a case number

for ASUS USA who I had been calling, which they welcomed.

 

What I would do is to organize a rma to gigabyte and get them

To test it. If they conclude it is faulty then you have more weight

To go back to scan with. I would inform scan that you are doing

This so they enter notes that reflect this on your file.
