I
have
warned ppl a number of times about scan, but ppl still use
them.
They
conveniently went bust a few years ago owing a shed load of ppl a shed load
of
money.
This
includes my old man, done out of a few grand refund for some sh*te
kit.
The put it off for months with pathetic excuses about paperwork not goingt
hrough etc etc until they went titsup.com
This
aside, their service was a big pile of pooh anyway if you needed to returns
omething.
Back
in business now and still as crap as ever. I see.
Tony
bought some memory together with mobo (a7v333) and cpu
from scan. Could not get it working so sent i back. They asked
for
me not to send the memory in the rma.
They found the mobo was faulty and could not get more any time
soon
so gave me a refund for the mobo and cpu.
I bought the mobo else and still get a problem. Turns out it was
scan's memory that was the problem. Now i want
to send the memory back and they are saying no it is too late.
B**ks to that i told them. Pay me or the court.
What an absolutly pathetic company to buy from. My
friends
also have had so many problems with them.
