hi all,

a few months ago I bought a 2.4ghz video sender/receiver pair so my wife
could watch tv in bed whilst she was unwell. of course, i've quite got
used to watching tv in bed too, and have now moved the 14" i bought her
into my study and stuck a 28" in the bedroom (yes, a bit big for a
bedroom but i have bad eyesight).

anyway, to cut to the question...

the equipment also sends the sky infrared so i can control the digibox
>from digibox right in front of it, but then i can't use my remote downstairs
- it seems to block the signal. and if i move it to the left or right
slightly, the control upstairs is *very* temperamental - i can be stood
there for ages holding down a button moving around the room until it
works.

any thoughts?

thanks
john
