Paul,

Yes, I am afraid that there is a light in the bath. That photo was
taken without a flash. I must admit it really does look the
business, although it has cost me an arm and a leg ;(
There is also a water level sensor which ensures that the water is
above the level of the light before the light will work, apparently
for cooling reasons.
