Hi there,
Outlook journal will record your use of files
on
your machine, such as a word document. However I cannot get it to
show the
total time that a document has been used.
For example I open a certain document three
times
a day for 5 minutes. The journal shows that this has been use
for 5
minutes at three times, but I really want it to say that I've spent 15
minutes
today using that document. I've obviously tried the paperclip and
google,
but come up with a blank.
Anyone doing this who can tell me if its
possible? Dont mind replies off list as its OT really.
