For the "best quality" ripping use Exact Audio Copy, with the LAME encoder... don't have URLs, but a google search should do.
 
The quality of the MP3 ripped using this pair is noticeably better _at_the_same_bitrate_ than most of the "off-the-shelf" tools.
 
 
EAC does integrate with the "autonaming" services, but problem with is that the software that does this relies on public databases such as CDDB or FreeDB.
 
The album names tend to be right, but the artists can vary from album to album... and as for the genres :-)
 
You will probably find that you need a copy of "Tag and Rename" to tidy up...
