Wireless LAN links between homes !

Woohooo ! It works!

A friend up the road from me and I have a line of sight wireless
connection between our homes via some antennas on the roof. Finally
got it all tested tonight.

We have many projects in mind that will involve the link between our
houses.

We haven't moved the computer that will link the 2 networks up there
yet, just used a tablet PC to test the link into the network here. We
haven't quite figured out how to share an Internet connection on the
routeing computer between both subnets yet.
