Low tech solution: You could add water sensors to the coke bottle that auto turns on a valve and refils it? Laser.com sell a valve that can do this.
 
 
Then the feedback could come into it.

You are excommunicated for suggesting such a shockingly low-tech method
for the complicated task.

Anything less than a microprocessor system with sophisticated monitoring
and feedback system just will not do in this group.
