            I had the same problem and changing to the XM10 from a TW253
cured the problem for me, the only other thing could be interference really
or a problem at the PC end.

            I have a problem setting up TX15-B, using xm10e-120, with
homeseer. Commands are accepted ok but I am unable to get any status
information.

            I have checked the interface cable and changed the xm10 with
no effect

            Can anyone help
