I notice that it's referred to throughout as a "reference
design".
Typically, reference designs incorporate things such as software builds,
bills of materials, schematics etc etc. and *not* the components,
plastics, approvals, labour etc.
So it might be 280 sovs for the blueprints of how to build the thing.
Course, I'll be happy to be proven wrong on this occassion.
