Not sure about sensibly priced any more, but the Swish motors can be mod-ed to enable discrete operation.  I keep meaning to do a write up (and pics) for my site, but never seem to have the time.

  1. Sensibly priced curtain motor which will work on a discrete open/close basis and not toggle.
  2. Automatic window opener/closer
