Solution - RGB to SVideo - 2 Products - But which one ?

Ive found two products that will solve my RGB issues (the GameCube can then do passthru via the TiVo) - leaving the DVD going thru the Sky+ box to the TV's single RGB in.

There's there £60 Keene unit ( http://www.keene.co.uk/pages/cat/13con/131-4.html )

and

the JS unit ( http://www.rgbtosvideo.com/ ) and a review here ( http://www.whatvideotv.com/testbench/Accessories/JS/JSConverter.shtml )

The JS unit supposedly has a PAL/NTSC variant.

Anyone know of someone who has these units ? Especially the Keene one (as it's cheaper).
