It's not a money laundering :-).
I am just interested how to transfer money abroad without being ripped off by the banks.
I did some payments to Belgium via PayPal (bought X10 stuff) and that worked fine. In fact, that was the main reason why I opened paypal account. My bank asked me £25 for money transfer, just because the sellers account was abroad and I wanted to transfer money between accounts via internet banking. Total amount was about £100.
PayPal sorted the thing, Nochex still works in UK only. This time I would like to send money to Croatia, which is not covered by PayPal. I don't want to send huge amount (about £100), so £25 is still too expensive.
Any idea, or experiences?
Nik
