Jrec is still in Alpha, and we utterly don't recommend that you run it on
ANY machine that is potentially open to the internet.

It would be an incredibly bad idea to run it on your firewall.

IIRC Jrec runs on linux to so you can run it on your firewall with
little
modifications.
You can make it either visible or insvisible depending on your firewall
rules.
So you keep it nice n secure from the internet side.
