I'm sorry if my post came over disbelieving.  That was not my intention.
I was making the point that I see lots of people complaining about
Telewest, yet my experience has been completely the opposite.  I suppose
I've just been lucky.  The number of outages I've had in over a year can
be counted on one hand, and the install service has been sterling.  I
was offline for less than 150 minutes whilst I moved house.  That time
included shutting down my server, packing it away, moving it to the
other side of the city, plugging it in, and waiting for the Telewest
engineer.  That's pretty impressive, IMO.  Pity my firewall crashed he
machine though :-/
