RE: Bedroom telly

It may have been bettered James, but I’m quite picky, and if I am happy with the picture at 6 grand (slightly more I think), then I’m sure that anyone in their right mind would be happy at 3. Maybe 50” is considered to be the standard now, which is causing the drop in 42” prices? How much is a 36” CRT nowadays?

Tim.

I’m still in the process of putting together a wiring plan. I have been looking at the Panasonic 22” LCD, but just can’t stomach the 1800 quid for something that is the same height as a 17” portable, especially now the 42” plasmas are now down to 3 and a half grand now at ivojo!

You don't know HOW tempted I am.... especially given they were nearly 6 grand a year ago....  give it another 6 months and they'll be pushing 3K.

Does the Panasonic 42TH42PW4 still cut the mustard these days, or has someone else upped the ante?

James H
